This place suits me perfectly! With amenities like outdoor dining, valet parking, and a cozy bar area. The staff were incredibly kind to my elderly parents during our first stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

missingWrote a review on Dec 07expensive foodcold pool water
Our stay was overshadowed by a few issues. The food in the restaurant was overpriced, and we found the pool water to be too cold for comfort. Additionally, the sliding door in our room didn't lock properly, which was unsettling, especially being on the ground floor. I also had a troubling experience regarding the hotel's pricing. the quote from Bookings wasn’t honored, and they used an exchange rate to their advantage, unlike other hotels in Mexico. The senior staff could have shown more friendliness and support during our visit.

tropical oasis, spacious private outdoor patio, delightful hot tub sanctuary
Certain aspects could use a refresh, especially inside the rooms!!! I found some areas outdated, creating a less-than-inviting atmosphere. Also, clearer instructions for the safe would definitely enhance the experience!!!

great location with beautiful grounds
The hotel is a tropical oasis, with stunning grounds and a lovely pool area. The transportation arranged by the hotel was super clean and the cost was reasonable compared to outside options. I also appreciated the friendly service. Arturo made the best margarita I've ever tasted! Garden view and pool view added to the serenity of my stay.
However, it can be noisy at times due to the busy area surrounding the hotel.

We had an awesome time here! I particularly enjoyed the relaxing massages and peaceful sun terrace, perfect for unwinding after exploring. Just a heads up, the music from nearby clubs was a bit loud at times, but it didn't ruin our fun! 😊

It was just a commendable fit for a city break in San Jose del Cabo with best value. The martini at the bar was a letdown, only filled 2/3 of the way. Make sure to bring cash just in case of card issues.

Charming, Charming, Charming
I had a good stay in a Beautiful King Room that was perfectly spacious and cozy! The outdoor patio was my haven, where I lounged on the hammock with a mojito in hand, soaking up the sun. Plus, the lively art scene right outside made my evenings lovely!

The Italian grilled meat at Casa Natalia was absolutely to die for, packed with flavor and cooked to perfection! Plus, the outdoor dining area is a gem, blending ambiance with gorgeous views while you enjoy your meal. The staff were super friendly and kept the vibes high throughout our stay.
The manager’s response felt a bit off, especially since I booked months ahead. Still, everything else shined bright in this lovely spot!

Outstanding service made us feel right at home.
The pool area was quite small and crowded during peak hours.

missingWrote a review on Apr 04great locationfriendly staffdelicious foodpayment issue
Had an amazing getaway with friends! We explored the lively Cabo San Lucas and enjoyed the charming restaurants in town. The hotel was perfectly located with access to the beach club, and the food was a fantastic mix of Mediterranean and Mexican flavors. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Definitely recommend this spot!
One downside was our experience at the bar. The martini order was disappointing when we found out they didn't inform us about internet issues causing card payment problems. It was awkward and could have been handled better.

A Beautiful Retreat with Character
My solo getaway was delightful! The deluxe king room offered a charming private patio, creating a peaceful morning retreat. Dining was exceptional, especially the authentic red chicken mole. Remember to ask about breakfast availability if you have early plans. Perfectly located near vibrant shops and dining!
